1-2-1 Outplacement: 5 Steps to Success
We can create you a bespoke outplacement programme, but our 5-Steps to Success programme offers a comprehensive solution for specialised, management and executive professionals.
- Discovery phase: Work 1-2-1 with a coach to discuss current situation, financial needs and career objectives
- Career options phase: This phase builds on the Discovery phase and focuses on identifying career options. As part of this, we perform a thorough skills gap analysis to get an accurate picture of current experience and capabilities.
- Career planning phase: During this part of the programme, we create a detailed career plan to map out short-, medium- and long-term career objectives with action points to plug skills, experience and qualifications gaps.
- Self-marketing phase: This is all about our team creating a powerful CV and LinkedIn profile that can be quickly customised to different roles, using our tried and tested modular CV format
- Job market ready phase: Finally, there’s a crucial coaching session on how to create tailored job applications, get the best out of LinkedIn, and master the interview room – this includes interview coaching and a practice interview

Our 3 Steps to Success solution is a comprehensive programme for non-specialised and junior professionals.
- Ready: One-hour of career coaching to clarify career objectives and potential roles
- Get set: Our team writes a highly effective CV and LinkedIn profile in our tried and tested formula
- Go: One-hour coaching session on how to navigate the job market and make tailored job applications, as well as further one-hour interview coaching session with a subsequent practice interview with 1-2-1 feedback
